No popup when Wynil runs in the tray

When Wynyl is minimized to the taskbar, hovering cursor on it shows a popup with album art and controls. But it does not happen if "Hide to tray" setting is enabled, Wynil runs in the tray and I hover over the tray icon.

W11 shows no such issues. I always use unzipped version on all PCs even where I am not an admin and Winyl runs and shows pop-ups perfectly fine. I only would like more visualizations.
