Duplicate results in search when search term is in multiple metadata fields of the same track

Because the search term is in both the artist name and the album name, the album comes up twice in search. This also happens for other self-titled albums, and i'd guess this could also happen if the search term is in the track title as well

actually i just tested that - added the search term to a track's title and here it is
