Feature Request: Allow to copy permalink from _any_ profile not just the user's own

Currently, one can only copy their own permalink via the settings UI, though the implementation technically allows for copying any permalink, which just isn't surfaced currently. So I would like to have that option on any profile.

99 % of all users are fine with the username and it makes most sense for them. Once more people pop up asking for this, I am happy to reconsider. Right now this is an edge case, which adds complexity for normal users without any benefit for them.

@wintermeyer, most platform operators tend to agree with you (albeit a poor benchmark). However, they offer a way to construct it via the API. GitLab is an example: gitlab.com/api/v4/users?username=beedell.roke_julian_lockhart#/0/id returns id: 7984176, which I am able to append to gitlab.com/-/u/, to construct a usable URI. No equivalent appears to exist for Vutuv.
