Access settings without tray icon #217

Description

@tekeous

Problem Statement

When running Sidra in full screen, specifically as a Non-Steam Shortcut in SteamOS's Big Picture Mode, there is no system tray, meaning users are unable to right click the Sidra tray icon for settings or access Sidra's settings whatsoever.

Proposed Solution

A) implement a right-click menu item so users can right-click on any empty space and see Sidra's settings appended to the normal right-click menu

B) implement a keyboard shortcut to summon a minimal settings window, e.g. Ctrl+S(normally would trigger browser Save, but there's no need to Save anything from Sidra).

C) implement a small Sidra menu button overlaid on the Apple Music interface in any corner of the window within the frame, but this isn't ideal as a core feature of Sidra is unmodified Apple Music interface.

Alternatives Considered

I have set the settings the way I want in Desktop Mode and don't need to change them often from Big Picture mode.

Use Case

This would enable Sidra to be used in full screen, specifically meaning it can be used on SteamOS in handheld mode, but can also have uses for touchscreen devices or kiosk devices, for instance an old computer used as a home media server.
