Running the current version (2-4-2025 from the master branch) of ENIIGMA it seems that the Confidence_limits_2nd.dat file which should be in the Workspace/Processing/Interp_proc/ directory is not created after successfully fitting an ice absorption band. This causes the Stats_Module.stat function to fail as it cant read this file.
