Tile H10_V15 merging problem

Problem: Merge fails for scenarios ssp2_4_5_mri_esm2_0 and ssp5_8_5_access_cm2.

OK so - I've looked at the fail_log file and picked one of the pixel list in it with the error message "EXCEPTION!! At pixel at (row, col): (0, 0) Exception from netcdf: No such file or directory"
I selected pixel (0,0).
I downloaded the inputs that you used - stored in the circumpolar_model_output/Alaska/olt_nonconst/H10_V15_sc_split/ssp2_4_5_mri_esm2_0__ssp2_4_5_split/batch_15
And I ran TEM at Git_SHA = "v0.8.3-5-gd057e4"
I ran on my local machine.

1- I noticed the inputs you are using are from an older version where co2 time series are missing one time step. You might want to update your inputs with the latest version in https://console.cloud.google.com/storage/browser?project=spry-optics-380618&prefix=&forceOnBucketsSortingFiltering=true&bucketType=live

2- After running a baseline pr (100), eq (1000) and sp (250), when I try to run a transient using spinup restart, it throws the following error:
NetCDF: Index exceeds dimension bound
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
