Local Environment Login failure

I can not login to the system after installing it on my local server,could there be other configurations I need to do before accessing it

sama problem after installing and login but back to login again ...

it seems that the code igniter version in this project it's not compatible with PHP 7 and above .
I've debugged the app and found that there is some issues regarding sessions management and tried to fix it (creating the session folder with appropriate rights and editing the configuration file ) but it seems it's an issue in the core of codeigniter .
so the best solution for the moment is to downgrade your php version to 5.6 .
solved the problem for me .
