ParaView usage

Great job on the package!
I would like to know if you have or you could recommend any documentation for use of ParaView functionalities. I had a look at the official manual but is it possible to get any materials for 3D genome models?

Hi Jeff,
Did you manage to build 3d model with paraview? can you give any suggestions if you managed it, i also have got same issue and can't visualize the output.

Hi Peng,
Apologies for the late response. I ended up using Mol* (https://molstar.org/) for my visualization. It was more suited to my needs. Hope it helps.
