test(e2e): delete 19 more orphaned recordings

Follow-up to the orphan cleanup, for the recordings that had been held
back for review:

- 10 recording names that only appear in a test file's header comment
  (agent web-export 0_a_file, config import 0_file, info 2,
  journey import 0_i_f, theme delete 0_all)
- 2 idm export 0_AD_m (the test now runs -xAD)
- 3 per-test oauth2 recordings left over from before the shared cloud
  auth cassette (conn test, config-manager pull/push test)
- 2 idm schema-object-import and 1 config-manager push csp recordings of
  successful writes; those tests now assert refusal/failure
- 1 config-manager pull journeys --pull-dependencies saml2 metadata
  recording the command no longer requests

Kept on purpose: secretstore mapping-delete 0_i_s (its test runs
"mapping create" although titled "delete") and config-manager push raw
0_p_D_m openidm (the forgeops -p variant no longer makes its recorded
call). Full replay suite passes.
