EVM Addresses not updating balance after inbound sats.

This is a few minutes after the following transaction should have put sats in that account. It really is the right

Also across the site there is a problem with accounts not showing INBOUND transactions.

Using my own code, I can see the sats balance on this account is definitely 1912 sats.

I can see the balance now so that's good, but I'm getting an error trying to transfer on Brave/Metamas again:

vsc transaction failed: illegal base64 data at input byte 245

I'll try to use my phone.

I sent in HBD to this and it hasn't shown up. Still getting the encoding issue when I try to move sats out of this EVM account.

I've now sent HBD via an internal Magi HBD transfer, this worked.
