Currently I belive a flight log entry is closed off in the database 25 mins after the last received message.
Could a setting be added to VRS to make this time a user configurable setting with a default to 25 mins.
Rational: For those that feed dumpHFDL positions into VRS the 25 min time out is far too short. There may be several hours between received messages from aircraft picked up in this way in the same flight. This would reduce the number of lines in the flight log for the same flight on the same leg of a long flight.
