Current release in Puppet Forge does not work with stdlib 9.6.0

Fails to compile with Stdlib 9.6.0 due to use of is_array function.

I see this has already been fixed in the master branch. Can we please have a new release. The current release in Puppet Forge is almost 3 years old.
