Coords on query?

Nice tool and pretty useful. I am just wondering whether you could add a feature showing the query coordinates in some ways.

I'll second @MaoYafei's request. I'm guessing others would also like it. We had to add them manually in Illustrator for a recent fig.

So the bed file unfortunately just doesn't have alignment info needed to build this except at the level apparent in the bed.

If you need it just once for a figure, you can use the paf you used to build the bed file and "rb liftover" to find it.
