[Bug]: Index Out of Range error

Description of the Issue

Whenever i make an ust, sometimes, it gives me an error talking about some "IndexOutOfRange" error when i actually never had that error before.

Whenever this error happens, i cannot play the ust anymore.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make an USTx
2. Play the track
3. Sudden error
4. Doesn't play anymore.

Does this issue happen with all voicebanks, or only one? I think this might be an issue with the voicebank's oto.ini and I've had it occur before, but I don't know how to fix it besides fully reotoing the voicebank.

Seems like it's not an issue with the oto, but it might be the resampler itself. I forgot to mention that i am using classic resampler, when i changed the resampler to Worldine-R it worked just fine.

I also tried using the USTx (via utaformatix) on the old build of the app, it worked just fine.

Edit: Also, yeah, happens most of the time with C+V banks.
