Page ready with synchronous AJAX requests

On pages using synchronous AJAX request, the page ready is never fired. This need to be investigated.

I think the problem is related to NetworkAccessManager::createRequest.

In the current version of the code, it calls QNetworkAccessManager::createRequest before connecting the readReady signal up to handleStarted.

If the request is asynchronous, this is fine. However, if you dig into the implementations (there are a few layers, but most of the magic happens in QHttpThreadDelegate::startRequest and QNetworkAccessHttpBackend::postRequest), there are calls that will block until the request is complete, if the request if synchronous.

So, it looks (to me) like readReady doesn't get connected to handleStarted until after the request is completed (and all the readReady calls have happened).

I'm kinda new to the codebase (and to C++, for that matter), so I might have gotten the wrong end of the stick.
