Tasks Feature Enum Bugs

- Issues in mismatch of enum/options from frontend and backend 
- Issue with status update on drag and drop of task cards from one status to another. Enum value issues
- Rename dates to be `Assigned Date` and `Due Date` in filters
- Make the stylings more appropriate with respect to paddings, colourings
