Window tray server icon does not show options

When starting the local sandbox from the lancher I cannot open the options in the system tray (right mouse click on icon of the server in the system tray) . When I close the launcher these options will be available again. This was a problem on demeter and is still an issue on Eos.

confirmed, also, it seems just closing and reopening the launcher fixes it

I'm surprised that the launcher can fix that let alone has anything to do with that since server controls are handled by a different Electron app found in the master vircadia/vircadia repository.
