🐛 Bug: Newly added experience item moved to top – Move down button disabled

In section-experience, if an experience item is added and moved to the top, for item-btn move-btn / moveExperience moving down the experience item is disabled/the move down button is greyed out.

Quick fix: A page reload solves this issue.
