ci(docs) migrate to OIDC authentication

why: Replace legacy IAM credentials with short-lived OIDC tokens
what:
- Add id-token: write permission for OIDC
- Add docs environment for scoped credentials
- Use aws-actions/configure-aws-credentials with role assumption
- Add targeted CloudFront invalidation
