🎯 Proposal: EU AI Act Art.50 Compliance for Autonolas

The EU AI Act Article 50 (effective 2026-08-02) mandates transparent AI system disclosure. Autonolas, as a decentralized autonomous agent services protocol, is uniquely positioned to integrate on-chain compliance governance.

What We've Built

Agent Governance Layer (AGL) - designed for autonomous agent protocols:

1. On-Chain Transparency Logging - Every agent decision recorded immutably ($0.000752/event on Base L2)
2. EU AI Act Disclosure Module - Auto-generates compliant pre-interaction notices
3. ComplianceEngine - Smart contract recording all governance actions transparently
4. OpenBD Protocol - Web3-native business development (our BD itself is on-chain and auditable)

Why This Matters for Autonolas

Olas already operates on-chain. AGL adds a compliance layer that makes agent interactions legally transparent:

• Service deployment can include Art.50 disclosure modules
