VS Code continues showing old version of Val

1. I created a new Val on the Val Town website
2. I open this Val in VSC using the extension
3. I make a change to the Val, and save
4. I refresh the file on the website, and see my change
5. I close and reopen the Val in my editor, and it does not show the change.

This doesn't just affect newly created vals, it seems to affect all my vals.
