why is the comments prompt to input T1 and FLAIR images for preprocess while in the paper, the segmentation is clearly done with SWI images? i thought for preprocess, it should be on SWI too? but everywhere in the readme and in documentation, the author always mention T1 and FLAIR. also it seems that the prepare data function mentioned in the readme is removed, so many its a good idea to take it out from the readme and replace with the preprocess function?
