Asset/Pool entities should have beter names

the “name” of an entity (Asset / Pool) should be human-readable. It is not an id. I.e. what is now stores as an id “name”, e.g. “Creative Haddock Token”. For Pools, it could be “Pool for Creative Haddock Token” or similar.
