requirements file lacking; cannot impor namespace

1. we have to import namespace separately, it's not in the req file, but it works.
2. When trying to impor the library, we get ImportError: cannot import name 'NamespaceManager' from 'namespace' (/usr/local/lib/python3.10/dist-packages/namespace/init.py)
