As previously discussed in #4 I have finally got around adding translations to Tachidesk-WebUI

The translation source code is at https://github.com/Suwayomi/Tachidesk-WebUI/tree/master/src/i18n

You can contribute your translations through https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/suwayomi/tachidesk-webui/

Note that the translation source code is barebones and doesn't have any/all the keys yet depending when you are reading this.
