GACPD not properly calling JCSPD

Currently having issues with GACPD not calling JCSPD automatically from python subprocesses.

I am investigating the potential pathways to fix this

Issue is connected to my changes from MacOS to Windows OS. Currently investigating alternative OS to use or if Mac is the ideal OS for this project.
