tCore install failure on with Ubuntu 24.04

User Story

Reported by Mark Howe: tCore fails to run on Ubuntu 24.04. Appears to be due to new security restrictions on Ubuntu related to the Chromium sandbox. Didn't seem to be a problem with Ubuntu version 22.

In Xubuntu 24.04.03 - Have it working in latest dev build: https://github.com/unfoldingWord/translationCore/actions/runs/16379213689

Can install from command line: sudo dpkg -i tC-linux-*.deb. But the GUI installer GDebi Package Installer fails silently - it just closes with no error message.
