Feature: Measurement tool for TDX

We currently do not have a TDX measurement tool. The idea of this tool is to calculate the TDX CVM measurement.

Describe the feature you are requesting, as well as the possible use case(s) for it.

The user needs to be able to calculate the measurement of a TDX CVM so they can be convinced of the CVM contents.

Indicate the importance of this feature to you.

1. Test the measurements produced by the rust tool.
2. Integrate it on cocos with the compiled binary to get the functionality
3. Look at a way to rewrite in golang, either natively or with cGO (since you can compile the rust to c)
