2. create nametag3 script (on the bases of nametag2)

   • if nothing set, use multilingual model: https://ufal.mff.cuni.cz/nametag/3/models#multilingual-conll in nametag
   • for ParCzech use https://ufal.mff.cuni.cz/nametag/3/models#czech-cnec2 and adopt Jana's mapping: https://github.com/ufal/nametag3/blob/main/preprocessing/map_cnec2.0_labels_to_conll.py
