waiting for results

I have been having issues submitting via submit.cs for a few days now. Some tests will pass, but the rest are pending, and have been "waiting for results" since.

I'm aware of the problem. I've worked with Bryce to try to figure out what's going on.

It appears that ssh connections between the submit.cs.ucsb.edu web application and the worker processes that grade student work are failing intermittently and randomly. We have a theory about why that might be happening, and I've asked ECI support staff to look into that theory.

That's all we know right now.
