Redesign Competition Central

With #63, competition central would have the following areas:

• Uptime overview
• Bank overview
• Active injects
• Expired injects
• Recent actions
• NEW: Help Queue

Honestly, that's way too much information for the current display. I'd like this page to be redesigned, possibly have each 'area' as it's own widget, updating on it's own. IDK, but right now we need a better way, because otherwise the 'queue' will be easily forgotten.

This is going to be a rewrite of this system - into splitting into many different 'dashboards'

For a "White Team" dashboard it would make the White Team Lead's job easier if there was a section with "Active, Upcoming, Expired" injects. For the active column it would be nice to see the inject and time it has left, for upcoming the time until it launches and the expired how long it has been expired for. Also if there was a "Bank" section where it can be marked if a buyable has been filled out, versus having to move to a different page or mobile to mark the order as incomplete. The remaining space it would be nice to see the total score of injects and up time to see what each teams ranking is, (first to last) and the "Scoreboard Overview" so the White Team Lead can monitor the health of every team.
