Needs migrating to 10.1 -> 10.2 - Currently 3.x

Someone needs to migrate this repo to 10.2 or at least 10.1. It's currently built with 3.x and can only migrate to 10.1 at most.

I created a new pod TwitterKit5, upgraded to Swift 5. Hope that will help.
