Add configuration for logging level?

Looks like it was changed here and I was wondering if it would be possible to add a variable so it could be configured to something else other then DEBUG

I think it's set src/index.ts with LogService.setLevel(LogLevel.DEBUG);

Looks like it doesn't break anything just changing the value at least
