Improve performance

Hi - we are using this to query on a database where a large number (e.g. 40k+) can be retrieved so performance can be slow.

Are their any plans to implement an ajax call to improve performance. Or would you accept a patch with that in it?

Hi Derek, I can definitely accept a patch. I think you can create a PR on the git repository
