Official signed/notarized macOS binaries may be offered commercially as a
convenience distribution channel. That does not change the MIT license for this
source repository.

This repository depends on third-party open-source software from the Rust,
JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Tauri ecosystems. Dependency license terms
remain governed by their upstream projects.

ScribeFoundry downloads ASR/model assets at runtime. Model files are not
committed to this repository. Users and redistributors should review the model
cards and licenses for any downloaded models, including Qwen3-ASR and Mega-ASR
variants, before redistribution or commercial use.

API post-processing providers are optional and are not required for local use.
