Followers not showing up / being approved

There are at least five followers for my profile:

But, I don't see any of them on the FediProfile back end:

Related issue: I attempted to follow my profile, and there is a request. But I cannot find anywhere in the back end to approve follow requests.

Maybe it was a glitch? I was able to follow you from mastodon.

Well, now I am seeing the followers on the backend:

However, that was literally just tonight that they showed up... They weren't there this morning.

But, my GotoSocial request hasn't gone through:

it seems that maybe there's something about the way GotoSocial is submitting a request isn't being handled.
