Add settings to the metrics table

Let's add checkboxes here for "show metric", "color code" metrics, and "show score". Some of those features were added in the big UI revamp, and it'd be good to bring options for those back.

I wonder if we could add a "settings" button to this white pane, but having a separate menu page or a menu dialog would add unnecessary complexity.
