using 0.7.1 with opencore 0.8.3 on ventura beta4(22A5311f),(my PC is 5600X+B450M,lilu1.6.2 virtualSMC 1.3.0).found that when I enabled the core performance boost, the 6 cores continue boosting above 4G with temperature always on the high around 65°C+, if I close then the temp go to normal, is that right?

Same for me (R5 3600XT)... I always have to turn on the yellow mode in the app. Just so I can drop the temps below 65 ON LIQUID COOLING. There might be something wrong I guess.

Just to say thanks to you and your work!
I'm using your app every day to reduce HZ to 2.7 and disable Core boost (as I don't need that much power frequently, especially considering fan's noise).

It doesn't keep settings after wake-up from sleep, but not a big deal generally.

Do you have a release version with your patch I could test?

Not anymore. I didn't have any need of that feature after going for a custom loop with fan curves being based to the water temperature. That eliminated the spike of fans for every small load put on the CPU and I didn't need to disable CPB by default.
