Let anyone approve an issue

Is there a way to let anyone who has permission to manage issues approve the issue of this action?

Currently that isn't possible. I think the closest thing you could get to this right now is to have a team that includes all users and then use that org team as the approver.

With that being said, that sounds like a great feature to add though and PRs are always welcome!
