Update for ChimeraX 1.10.1

So there *is* actually a build up on the ToolShed that’s compatible with ChimeraX 1.10.1, but it turns out there’s a bug in the ToolShed preventing it from being recognised as such. :) The problem is I specified 1.10.1 as the minimum requirement, but it turns out ChimeraX 1.10.1 reports itself to the ToolShed as simply “1.10” so it fails the requirement check. I’ve reported that to the ChimeraX devs, and it’s still possible to manually download and install the Clipper and ISOLDE bundles in the meantime (go to the ToolShed site in your regular browser, download the wheel files for your platform, then install using the ChimeraX command line with “toolshed install {wheel file}). But it turns out there’s a minor-but-annoying issue with this build anyway (you’ll get a harmless-but-alarming traceback on first install due to some debugging stuff I forgot to remove while updating to the new ChimeraX build system) so I plan to release an updated build declaring ChimeraX 1.10 as the minimum as soon as I get the chance (hopefully tomorrow).
