what is for the compiled binaries path to the binaries

i have compiled the source code by following the instructions and then run (make -j3) to compile and it gives no errors
but I could not find the binaries
note: the instructions say to run (pip intall "patch==1.*") but it should be (pip install "patch==1.*")
