Build a custom unit test adapter to transform all smoke tests into integration tests

Writing smoke tests is great in order to live-check our APIs (whatever the prod/non-prod environment).

It would be great to be able to run all our smoke tests code (and not via HTTP calls) like an integration tests suite on our Software Factory.
