Thanks for the kind words — glad you're enjoying it! Short version: a direct Musify integration isn't really possible, but let me explain why, and what is — because your actual goal (triggering playback from the six buttons) is very doable with the right source. SixBack can only put something on a hardware preset that the Bose firmware itself knows how to play. In practice that's:
Musify (the open-source Android app, https://github.com/gokadzev/Musify) is a player app on your phone built on the YouTube backend. It doesn't expose its content as any of those — there's no server or stream endpoint for SixBack or the speaker to point a preset at, and the speaker can't decode YouTube streams. So there's nothing for a preset to "trigger." If the music you listen to in Musify is also reachable as one of the source types above — e.g. an internet-radio stream, or files on a DLNA server on your network — that can absolutely go onto one of the six buttons. If you tell me what you're actually trying to play, I can point you at the right path. |

Hello Tostmann,
Do you think an integration with Musify would be possible in order to trigger the playback of content from one of the six buttons?
I also wanted to thank you for the amazing work on 6back. I look forward to every new release with excitement!
Well done!
