[Feature] Auto-Refresh

Hello, thanks for the App at first.

Now my question, is it possible to add an Auto-Refresh feature for the Feeds? Either on Group level or on Feed level, so you can choose in which interval a feed/group is being refreshed and checked for news?

This would be some good kind of QoL feature since I mostly have the app open side-by-side of something else to check if there are news available.

I haven't found anything in the settings regarding this so I thought I'd just ask.

Auto-Refresh is one of the features I am planning to add in the future. And I agree that interval should be able to set individually or as group (as in folder).

I can't promise when, since I have other apps to take care as well, but I definitely want to improve FeedDesk because I use it daily myself.
