Thank you for your kind words. Yes, I could add more languages since the app is already localized (currently with English and Japanese). However, my knowledge about other languages are very limited and machine translation is still not good for UI messages. Even AI fails in this because the message lucks "context" I guess. So, anyone who could help me in that area are very welcome. But, in order to submit translation, you would need to know the .NET/C# project development. It is not as easy as handing out a text file and edit it. That is the biggest hurdle, I think.

As for the reddit or Twitter(X), I don't this you can directory subscribe to their service anymore. I believe reddit allowed at one point in the past but anymore. Twitter is forcing us to use their proprietary pricey API. So...

Sadly, it does not work like that. I mean it is not as easy as that in these days.

The translation file is part of the Visual Studio C#/.NET project. It is right here. You need to edit resource file in c# project and recompile to see the changes. Without seeing the result after you edit the file, it is pretty difficult to translate.

For example, how do you translate "play"? It could be "play" a music, or "play" with friends and have fun. In my language, one is "再生" and the other is "遊ぶ". Two totally different translations. So, you need the context in the actual apps. It is difficult to translate without running the app and see as you translate. I hope you know what I mean.

I could notify you here, so probably you want delete the email because you might get a lots of spam emails. There is a lots of bots that collects emails out there I'm sure.

Even simpler, as your project is open source you can submit it on a translation panel like Crowdin or Weblate for free and have the communiy translate the app for you in many languages. No need for AI translation, manual verification or back and forth on issues and private messages.
