[Feature Request] Add Yandex Music support

Please add Yandex Music (music.yandex.ru) as a supported platform/plugin in Omniget.

Use cases

• Download individual tracks, albums, and playlists from their Yandex Music URLs.
• Reuse the existing browser cookie/session flow for content available to the signed-in user.
• Preserve the highest audio quality available to the user, with a graceful fallback when that quality is unavailable.
• Save useful metadata: artist, title, album, track/disc number, release year, and cover artwork.
• Preserve album/playlist order and generate safe filenames.
• Show a clear error for unavailable, region-restricted, or subscription-only content.

Expected behavior

When a Yandex Music URL is pasted into Omniget, the app should recognize it, offer the available format/quality options, add the selected items to the queue, and download them with metadata.

Acceptance criteria

• Track, album, and playlist URLs are recognized.
• Authentication works through the existing cookie/session mechanism.
• Audio quality selection and fallback work correctly.
• Metadata and cover artwork are embedded when available.
• Errors explain why an item cannot be downloaded.
