Unnormal behaviour on Windows #281

Description

@geo-y

For version 0.8.5, Windows Defender find "Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.H!ml" characteristic in installer.
(Defender version): [
Windows Security Application Version: 1000.29628.0.1000
Windows Security Service Version: 10.0.29628.1000-0
Antimalware Client Version: 4.18.26060.3008
Engine Version: 1.1.26060.3008
Antivirus Version: 1.455.494.0
Antispyware Version: 1.455.494.0
]

For version 0.8.4 to 0.7.7 (older versions not tested), when enter Settings->Plugins page, omniget would fork a lot of deno/yt-dlp processes which eat all the free cpu/memory resource (only tested on windows 11 25H2 x64 platform). It seems like there were some fork bomb issues in Plugins page.
