BusSelect LSB cannot be changed from properties

Bug as in the title. Changing LSB actually changes width, not LSB.

Workaround - change width

[tomcl]

This was a regression caused by partial integration of new parameter mechanism.

Fixed by commit a396b63 in v5.11.0
