I don't know if this is possible, but I've run into some campaign guides that need to have page title centered across both columns, which the plugin does not currently support. Here's a typical example:
You can see the gap between the cards in the two columns, and more egregious, the gap in the middle of the title! Is there any way there could be an element that could span the two columns, and then ideally the columns would shorten in response.
Oh! Any way it could work like placing a full width portrait, except that it would be a text box?
This seems complex but figured it was worth putting in as a feature request.
