Add a referrer argument to the redirected URI #5

Description

@tofugarden

Twitch does seem to track the referrer for links, but we don't pass it along right now. This makes redirections from holetopia look to Ashley like the user typed in the URI themselves. We can add a ?referrer=holetopia.com argument to the end of each rewrite rule, and that should show up on her dashboard as its own category.

It may also be worth merging any existing referrer argument with holetopia. Like if the referrer field ?referrer=instagram.com is already there, we can rewrite it to ?referrer=instagram.com_holetopia.com or something similar that helps differentiate between a link clicked in her bio or the holetopia going live story links.

This is a funny bit and I'm so happy it's still going, but it shouldn't get in the way of good analytics!
